SHIPPING POLICY

At Aubriea, we create each product with care and precision on a made-to-order basis. Our commitment to quality and sustainability means we may ship items separately if there's an unexpected delay from our partners.

Order Processing:

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for the processing and fulfillment of your order. This timeframe does not include shipping duration.
  • Upon dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS, based on the contact information provided at checkout. For any order inquiries, please reach out to us.

Shipping Details:

  • Domestic Shipping: We partner with USPS for first class or priority shipping. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: For Canada, expect 6-12 business days, and for other international destinations, 5-20 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: We're currently unable to offer expedited shipping options.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Additional Information:

  • In the event an item necessary for your order is out of stock, we will promptly inform you of any delays via the product page and/or email.

Important Notice:

  • Aubriea is not liable for issues related to lost or stolen packages or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer. Once an item is marked “successfully delivered” by the tracking information, responsibility shifts to the postal service. We encourage reaching out to them in such instances.
